About

I love teaching yoga to people of all ages, no matter how inflexible they may be. My youngest client has been 4 and my oldest 103.
My journey... Leading up to taking my first yoga class in 2006, I was in 3 major car accidents. I felt pain and knew yoga was helping my previous injuries though I didn’t commit to taking classes. Fast forward to 2014, I finally committed to taking a few classes a week and within a month I saw the transformation begin. My pains minimized greatly, plus I gained strength & flexibility. In addition to that, yoga became my form of meditation that centered me. For the rest of that year, I was hooked, taking up to 3 different classes in a day. My passion for doing yoga led me to enroll in 200RYT yoga training the following year. In 2015, I became a teacher.
Because of my own journey, I want to share why it is so important to make time to care for yourself to restore the mind, body and spirit. I currently teach Chair, Gentle, Restorative, Yin, Vinyasa I, II & Yoga Sculpt. Gentle & Chair focus on stretching & strengthening muscle in addition to increasing joint flexibility. Restorative & Yin are more passive forms of yoga and suitable for all levels, targeting fascia tissue release while incorporating different props for support.
My private classes are tailored to your level and are designed to address your specific needs. I am available to teach in corporate settings as well as the privacy of your own home.
I love incorporating aromatherapy, hands-on assists & mudras so you get the most benefit from your session. Mudras are hand gestures that can stimulate different parts of the body to affect the flow of energy in the body and mood.
It has been very rewarding and meaningful to have students tell me, “Your class was exactly what I needed!”
Do something good for yourself today by taking a yoga class.
If you’re ready to try a class out, please send me a message so we can book your first session.

The Goals of Yoga

"Yoga is like music. The rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind, and the harmony of the soul creates the symphony of life."

"I believe when practicing yoga, it’s not about doing a pose perfectly, it’s about finding that place in a pose — or partial pose — that’s right for you, where you feel a slight stretch and release."

I have enjoyed practicing yoga with Isa for a couple years. I love her positive personality and encouraging words as we all try to improve our posture and lengthen our poses. Her music choices and creative stretches are so relaxing after a day sitting at the computer, and seem to perfectly reverse the pinched muscles. Isa is a great choice for those new to yoga and those of us that have been practicing for years. Thank you Isa! -Camille S.

I have been taking my yoga class with Isa for four months! I enjoy the class very much, it's helping me relieve my back pain and lose some weight! I look forward to attending the class weekly because Isa is a very loving caring instructor. She makes sure she fits everyone's needs. I recommend her as an instructor for a yoga class. She will make it fun and enjoyable! -Patty M.
